I'm so glad you're here because your presence on this page means that you are ready to take your live to the next level.

Look. I don't believe in coincidences. I take full responsibility for my life. And I give that same power to everyone else (even if they don't take claim that power for themselves).

You're here for a reason.

Now, that reason may or may not be about signing up for private coaching. You'll have to decide if that's why you're here.

But, whether or not you do join me for private coaching, I encourage you to take a moment and acknowledge yourself for being here. Give yourself some major kudus for being at a point in your life when you are ready to grow, expand and live into a much bigger vision of who you are!

And I would love to work with you. But I know that private coaching is not for everyone. And I realize that you may not (YET!) be at a place where private coaching is an option for you financially. And that's ok.

How Does Life Coaching Work?

For many people - and many coaches - life coaching is all about goals: Clarifying them, setting them and taking the steps needed to achieve them.

That's great. Goals are wonderful. And I certainly encourage my clients to clarify, set, and achieve goals.

But, the way I coach, the goal is not what we're after. That would be like an Olympic athlete looking at the gold medal and forgetting about all of the training and focus and energy they put into getting it.

The goal is the medal, it's the outward validation of the changes you have made inside. In order to get that medal or attain that goal, you needed to grow, evolve, raise your awareness and become a bigger person.

That is what I coach my clients towards: That space of increased awareness where they become more fully aligned with their purpose, gifts and the reason they are here.

Will you achieve your goals when you're one of my clients? Most likely you will. But not always. Sometimes you'll get partway to your goal and realize that it is not really in alignment with your deeper values. I'll help you release that goal and get clear on the next step.

The bottom line is that, if you're in this game of life just for the stuff, I'm not your coach!

However, if you recognize that we're here to learn and grow, to evolve and expand, to share and to serve, to love and to be loved and to constantly become a more complete expression of our true potential, than I would love to be your coach!

Why Begin Coaching Now?

With all of the media hype about the economy it's very easy to slip into a trance and decide that you need to go into hiding. It's tempting to pull back financially and cut back on all the non-essential expenses.

I get that. And there's nothing wrong with that.

However, if you want to be someone who thrives in this environment - and yes, some people will thrive and are already thriving in this environment - you absolutely must continue investing in yourself and your self-development. Coaching is one of the best ways to do that.

This time in our history and this time of year is incredibly fertile and ripe for you to dream bigger and live into those dreams!

We have just moved through the longest, darkest night of the year. Winter is a time for going within, for exploring dreams and vision, for integrating lessons learned during the past year and determining how to most effectively bring them to the world in the coming year.

This process of integration, visioning, clarifying and preparing for the new year can be done alone. But it is much more effective when done with the guidance, support and encouragement of an experienced coach.

That's where I come. During our initial sessions we'll focus specifically on empowering you to move through this transition into 2009 with renewed clarity, passion, purpose and focus.

Creating a long-term vision - 10-years out – to fuel and feed your passion and desire. (If you already have a long-term vision, we will check in to see if it needs refining).

Clarifying your most important intentions for the coming year. (These intentions will be informed by and leading you towards your long-term vision).

Exploring any core blocks and limiting beliefs that have held you back from your big dreams in the past.

Releasing those limiting beliefs and replacing them with new, empowering beliefs to help you dream bigger and live into those dreams.

Creating SMART goals to ensure that you hit the ground running in 2009 and move rapidly and effectively towards your primary intentions. (Yes, you will set goals and move towards them. These goals will give you plenty of opportunities to work through any limiting beliefs and blocks that hold you back from your true potential).

Taking specific, practical steps to ensure your success.

Creating supportive systems that will sustain your momentum beyond our coaching engagement.

As we move into the Spring, the time of awakening and moving more actively out into the world, our focus will shift to the actions that will lead you towards your goals and intentions. Because as you step out into the world and move towards those goals, it is very likely that resistance will come up. And it is that resistance that provides us with a doorway to your growth and expansion.

Are You Ready For Coaching?

As I mentioned above, not everyone is ready for coaching. For some, the cost may be prohibitive. Others may just not be ready to invest in themselves.

But here's the thing, if you can afford it, coaching is one of the best ways to dramatically accelerate your personal growth, increase your self-awareness, and lead you into a stunning life filled with meaning, love, joy and a whole lot of abundance!

But... you have to be ready to do the work. You have to be willing to play full on. Coaching is not all "Rah rah!" There will be times when I'll point things out that you may not enjoy hearing. You will most likely come face to face with habits, beliefs, thoughts and patterns that you really don't like. And if you want our coaching to be successful, you need to be ready to face those and take the actions needed to move through them.
